To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $50 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $8.00 flat rate ground shipping. All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS within 5-7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Non-refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from shoppeafeelgoodsbrand.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Tracking Your Package
Note that there is a 3 day processing timeline prior to shipping packages. We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments)
